How long until my order ships?+
Ready-made items typically ship within 5–10 business days. Custom orders take 2–4 weeks depending on size and complexity — I'll always confirm a timeline before starting.
Where do you ship?+
USPS within the United States and Canada by default. International shipping is available on request — send me a note and I'll calculate the rate.
Do you take custom orders?+
Absolutely — customs are my favorite. Use the custom request form to share your idea. I review every request personally within ~3 business days.
How do I take care of my piece?+
Perler bead art is durable but not indestructible. Keep pieces out of direct sunlight for long periods, and avoid leaving them in hot cars (the beads can warp). A gentle wipe with a damp cloth is fine for cleaning.
Can I return something?+
Because everything is handmade in small batches, ready-made items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition (buyer covers return shipping). Custom orders are non-returnable, but if something arrives damaged or not as described, please reach out — I'll always make it right.
What are your pieces made of?+
100% genuine Perler beads (the good kind), carefully fused with heat. Keychains and jewelry use sturdy hardware; magnets use high-strength neodymium magnets.
Can I see something in progress?+
